How do I reorder or rotate pages in a PDF?

How to use Organize PDF Pages
- Click Select PDF file to load your document into the thumbnail grid.
- Drag pages to reorder them, this works with touch as well as a mouse.
- Use the buttons on a page for Rotate, Duplicate, Delete, or Insert blank page after; use Add PDF to append pages from another file, or Reverse order to flip the whole document.
- Click Reset anytime to undo everything and start over, or click Save PDF to download the organized PDF.
One grid, several page operations
Organize PDF puts every page of your document into a thumbnail grid and lets you rearrange the whole thing before saving a new file. It combines several small edits that are usually needed together: reordering, rotating a page that scanned sideways, removing a stray page, and inserting a blank page for a signature or a note.
Reordering
Drag any thumbnail to a new position in the grid, and the rest of the pages shift to make room. This works with a mouse as well as a finger on a touchscreen, so you can rearrange pages on a phone just as easily as on a laptop. If you want the whole document flipped end to end, for example a scanner that fed pages in from the back, click Reverse order instead of dragging every page one by one.
Per-page tools
Each thumbnail has its own small toolbar. Rotate left and rotate right fix a page that scanned in the wrong orientation. Duplicate makes a copy of a page right after itself, handy for a form you'll fill in twice. Delete removes a page from the document. Insert blank page after adds an empty page matching that page's size, right after it, useful for leaving room for a signature, a handwritten note, or simply spacing out a printed booklet.
Bringing in more pages
The Add PDF button appends every page of another PDF file onto the end of the current grid, after which you can drag those new pages anywhere you like, mix them with the original pages, rotate them, or delete the ones you don't need. This is a lighter alternative to merging two files when you only want a handful of pages from the second document.
Undo and save
Nothing is written to a file until you click Save PDF, so you can experiment freely. If a session gets tangled, Reset reloads the original document and clears every change you made, letting you start again from scratch.

Common problems
- PDF won't load into the grid. A password or permission-protected PDF needs to be unlocked first at unlock PDF.
- Dragging feels jumpy on a big PDF. Thumbnails render lazily as you scroll, so give the grid a moment to load pages you haven't scrolled to yet.
- Inserted blank page is the wrong size. A blank page always matches the size of the page it's inserted after, so insert it next to a page with the size you want.
