What are the photo and signature sizes for SBI PO and Clerk forms?

How to use SBI PO and Clerk Photo, Signature, Thumb and Declaration Resizer
- Pick the document tab (photo, signature and so on) and click Select to add a photo or scan from your phone or computer.
- Drag the crop box so the face or signature fills the frame. Signatures are cleaned and trimmed automatically.
- Click Resize. The file is made at the exact pixel size and inside the KB range, and downloads straight away.
- Repeat for each tab, then upload the files to the application form.
SBI PO and Junior Associate upload rules
State Bank of India uses the same four scanned documents as most bank recruitment forms: photograph, signature, left thumb impression and a handwritten declaration. The sizes below are as per the SBI detailed advertisements for PO 2025 (CRPD/PO/2025-26/04) and Junior Associates 2025 (CRPD/CR/2025-26/06).

The SBI declaration is different from IBPS
Many candidates reuse an IBPS declaration for SBI, but the SBI text adds your date of birth and one more sentence. Write this in English, in your own handwriting, with black ink on white paper, not in capital letters:
I _______ (Name of the candidate), _______ (Date of Birth) hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph and left thumb impression is of mine.
The PO advertisement words the last part as "left-hand thumb impression". Copy the exact text from the advertisement you are applying under.
Photo and live photo
Upload a recent colour passport-style photo on a light background, preferably white, without a cap or dark glasses. SBI also captures a live photo during the application. The tool crops to 200 × 230 pixels and keeps the file between 20 and 50 KB.
Signature and thumb
Sign in black ink on white paper, in your normal running handwriting. Capital letters are not accepted. For the left thumb impression, use a black or blue ink pad and press firmly on white paper. The thumb file is made at 240 × 240 pixels with 200 DPI written into it, and the declaration at 800 × 400 pixels at 200 DPI.

SBI has published 2026 notifications for Junior Associates and PO. We have not checked their upload sections. The sizes have been stable for several years, but compare the table above with the current advertisement before you upload.
