How the 20 KB compressor works
Most photo compressors ask you to guess a quality number and hope the result is small enough. This page works the other way round. Tips for the best result
- Crop first. Removing empty background before compressing leaves more of the size budget for the part that matters. Use the crop tool if needed.
- Resize big photos. A 12 megapixel phone photo has far more pixels than any form or website shows. Scaling it down with the image resizer gives a sharper result than heavy compression alone.

20 KB is small
