What are the photo and signature sizes for IBPS PO and Clerk forms?

How to use IBPS Photo, Signature, Thumb and Declaration Resizer
- Pick the document tab (photo, signature and so on) and click Select to add a photo or scan from your phone or computer.
- Drag the crop box so the face or signature fills the frame. Signatures are cleaned and trimmed automatically.
- Click Resize. The file is made at the exact pixel size and inside the KB range, and downloads straight away.
- Repeat for each tab, then upload the files to the application form.
IBPS document specifications
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection asks for four scanned documents in its PO/MT and Clerk (CSA) applications: a photograph, a signature, a left thumb impression and a handwritten declaration. The numbers below are as per the IBPS detailed notifications for CRP PO/MT-XV and CRP CSA-XV. All files must be JPG or JPEG.

Photograph
Use a recent colour passport-style photo with a light background, preferably white. Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face. Caps, hats and dark glasses are not allowed. IBPS also captures a live photo during the application through a webcam or phone, in addition to this upload, so dress the same way for both.
Signature
Sign on white paper with a black ink pen. A signature written in CAPITAL letters is not accepted.
Left thumb impression
Press your left thumb on a black or blue ink pad and then on white paper. Roll it gently for a full, clear print. If the tool's cleanup makes the ridges faint, untick Clean up and try again. The notification describes what to do if a candidate does not have a left thumb; read that section if it applies to you.
Handwritten declaration
Write the declaration text below in English, in your own running handwriting with black ink on white paper, not in capital letters. Write it clearly across about three or four lines, then photograph or scan it:
I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.
Scanning tips
The notification suggests scanning at 200 DPI or more in colour. A phone photo taken in daylight works as long as the page is flat and sharp. The tool writes 200 DPI into the thumb and declaration files and hits the exact pixel sizes and KB ranges. Keep copies of all four files; you may need them again for the mains or interview stage.
