A higher bitrate cannot add quality that is not in the video. Phone videos usually carry AAC audio at 128 to 256 kbps, so 192 kbps MP3 captures everything. Tick Mono for speech recordings to halve the size with no audible difference.

Why is my MP3 a bit longer or shorter?
